“For me cooking is akin to alchemy, our duty in receiving the raw products that the seasons offer us (and the talent of passionate men and women) remains first of all to transform an ephemeral product into a memory.

Thanks to our carefully chosen producers, I take pleasure in feeding our guests.

My recipe for achieving this: the care taken in the selection of raw materials, the attention given to cooking and seasoning, and comforting cuisine.

The restaurant is open from Tuesday noon to Saturday evening: from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
For brunches, we welcome you from 11:30 am every Sunday (excluding site privatization).

Every Sunday, the restaurant l’Atelier opens its doors for a brunch made up of fresh and local products as gourmet as they are elaborate.
