The market
Things are happening at La Bernerie-en-Retz!
This small Pays de Retz town offers a wide range of markets all year round, to tantalize your taste buds or help you discover amazing handicrafts.
The traditional market takes place all year round, on Fridays from 8:00 to 13:00 and during the summer period from June 15 to September 15, on Tuesdays from 8:00 to 13:00.
Craft markets are held every Thursday from 6pm.
Night markets take place on Fridays in July and August from 8pm.
Entertainment
Never a dull moment in Pays de Retz!
Numerous events take place in the center of La Bernerie. There's something for everyone, young and old alike!
At La Bernerie, you'll feel good, you'll have fun and, above all, you'll have plenty to keep you busy.
Thanks to the UCAB (association des commerçants et des artisans de la Bernerie-en-Retz), annual events have also taken place, such as the famous Retzroday in September!
Roule Ma Poule
From for everyone!
A few minutes from the Domaine, in the center of La Bernerie-en-Retz, the Roule Ma Poule rental agency has made its nest.
Between individual, electric and mechanical bike rentals, there's just as much choice for young and old alike.
You can enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the Côte de Jade at your own pace, discovering its secrets and its gastronomy, from the Lyarne marshes to Saint-Brévin-Les-Pins for the bravest.
The tennis club
Feel like letting off some steam?
That's right! In addition to all the entertainment and activities on offer at La Bernerie, there's also a tennis club where you can recharge your batteries and do some sport!
Founded on May 23, 1989 by a dynamic team of enthusiasts, the ATB club (Avenir Tennis Bernerie) offers many ways for you to share their passion:

Guinguettes in Pays de Retz!
Located just a few minutes from the Domaine, these "guinguettes" are the perfect place to enjoy a unique spirit of conviviality.
The recently opened "guinguette des moutiers" welcomes you every day from 10:00 to 00:00 from June 15 to September 30. So make the most of the fine weather!
Le Bahut is an open-air bar located in La Bernerie. It welcomes you every day from 11:30 a.m. and offers magic shows, Dj sets, blind tests, theater, concerts...
A summer shuttle to get you around!
With the high season, it can be difficult to find a parking space. And since we're increasingly looking for ways to be more environmentally responsible, Pornic Agglo is offering a summer shuttle service. From July 03 to August 31, 2023, this 100% free service allows you to travel along the coast during the summer. Every day of the week, the shuttle runs on six routes, crossing 81 stops to give everyone the opportunity to get around easily.
