CSR is a major corporate challenge. Acting for the well-being of the environment is a priority.
The hotel and catering industry is a highly polluting sector. That's why we do everything we can to reduce our impact on the environment.
Our commitment is reflected in a number of actions:
♦ We raise awareness among guests and staff staying at thehotel, to reduce their water and energy consumption through many small green gestures that can have a big impact.
♦ We support associations by making spaces available to help them meet.
♦ At the restaurant, we're fighting food waste by offering a plate brunch and we offer surprise baskets with the Too Good To Go app.
♦ We don't use plastic water bottles in meeting rooms and favor washable, reusable crockery wherever possible.
♦ We work mainly with local producers and leisure activity partners located less than 100 km away to encourage short circuits. The small soap offered to our customers comes from the Savonnerie de Marcel located 8 Km away, the syrups for cocktails come from our neighbor Anne-Claire Corbé.
♦ We encourage and educate customers to favor eco-responsible transport: bike hire, train.
